The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with debugging and performance tuning of Node.js applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Understanding of server-side templating languages and database management.
• Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
