Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity, while adapting to evolving technical challenges and priorities throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with designing, deploying, and managing integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure API Management.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning within Azure environments.
