- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system uptime.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
- Strong knowledge of graph database concepts and data modeling.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to support system maintenance tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Neo4j.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.
