Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux Operations.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning on Red Hat platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to operating system and application interactions.
- Experience with scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with security best practices and patch management in Red Hat environments.
