Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to SAP Sales and Distribution processes.
• Experience in managing and supporting end-to-end sales and distribution cycles within SAP environments.
• Ability to interpret and resolve complex system issues impacting business operations.
• Familiarity with SAP configuration and customization to support business requirements.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
