The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and swiftly resolve disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
• Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apigee.
• Experience with API management and integration platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application environments and support processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting and communicate technical information clearly.
