• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business applications.
• Document and communicate issue resolutions and system updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining critical business applications to ensure high availability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
