As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and delivering timely solutions to maintain seamless operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical software applications within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
  • Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools to ensure prompt response to system alerts.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and best practices in application support.
  • Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Epic Systems.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
