Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance application stability.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications in a production environment.
• Familiarity with database concepts and ability to work with backend data to resolve application issues.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
