• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot system issues effectively.
• Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Strong understanding of access control principles and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with managing user identities, roles, and permissions within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze system logs and audit trails to identify security and access anomalies.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices related to identity and access governance.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
