• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Qlik Sense.
• Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve application issues effectively.
• Ability to work with data integration and transformation processes within Qlik Sense environments.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for business intelligence applications.
• Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document technical information clearly.
