Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
• Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or failures.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Development.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of software support processes and incident management.
• Ability to analyze logs and system data to diagnose issues effectively.
