Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system monitoring and incident management.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure components related to Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience with incident response and root cause analysis in complex software environments.
• Ability to design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health and availability.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
