As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and providing timely solutions to enhance operational efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.
- Strong understanding of software deployment processes and methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems and release automation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution frameworks.
