Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new software solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft SharePoint Administration.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with user support and training for software applications.
- Familiarity with system integration and data management practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
