Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Monitor system alerts and logs to detect anomalies and potential issues before they impact business operations.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Grafana.
• Experience in configuring and managing dashboards to visualize system metrics and performance data.
• Ability to analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of system issues.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms to maintain system health.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing software and infrastructure problems.
