Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and support processes.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to subscription order management processes.
• Experience in managing and supporting complex enterprise software environments.
• Ability to interpret and resolve technical issues within integrated business systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
