Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline communication and coordination among cross-functional groups to enhance overall system performance.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex problem-solving scenarios.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools to ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and best practices for application support.

- This position is based at DDC 1 - STPI.
