Summary

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
  • Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management within unified communication platforms.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to collaboration tools and communication infrastructure.
  • Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of application disruptions.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and their impact on unified communication systems.
  • Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of communication services.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
