- Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Experience in debugging and monitoring applications in production environments.
- Familiarity with system architecture and integration points within business-critical applications.
- Ability to work with logs, error messages, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
