Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and integration methods.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization within cloud platforms.
• Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes of application failures.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
