Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system behavior and provide insights for improvements.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through problem-solving techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of database interactions and performance optimization in SAP HANA systems.
- Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes effectively.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control practices.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
