Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance application stability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to financial software applications.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex application issues within enterprise environments.

• Ability to work with monitoring tools to track system performance and identify potential bottlenecks.
