Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Information Technology Operations team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Automation SME. The client is Cross Client, a company that provides a range of services and solutions across various industries, focusing on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Your day-to-day activities will involve ensuring the quality of our world-class systems through exceptional communication skills, accurately defining client issues, and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is required. Advanced proficiency in Generative AI is recommended.

Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.

Conduct regular training sessions to share knowledge and best practices with team members.

Analyze system issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service delivery.
