Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise-level software applications.
• Ability to work with various data sources and understand system integration points.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business users.
