The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to ensure system stability and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency of critical business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in debugging and analyzing system performance issues within SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and integration with SAP HANA.
• Ability to develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements using SAP ABAP.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques to identify root causes of software defects.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
