Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning techniques within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to maintain system integrity.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SAP infrastructure and middleware components.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data protection and system availability.
