• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong experience in debugging and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs within HANA environments.
• Ability to analyze complex system issues and develop efficient solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in working with various SAP modules and integration points to support end-to-end business processes.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
