Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of scripting languages to automate routine tasks.
- Understanding of monitoring and alerting frameworks to ensure system health.
