• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
• Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business applications.

• Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.
