Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level financial planning and budgeting applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.
