Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new software features and enhancements.
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.
- Experience with system integration and data migration processes.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
