The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of critical software applications within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve performance and stability.
• Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong experience in debugging and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs and HANA database interactions.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA architecture and optimization techniques.
• Experience in developing and maintaining custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
