As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of support activities.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Playwright.
• Experience in debugging and diagnosing issues within web applications and services.
• Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and identify root causes in complex software environments.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Good understanding of scripting languages and test automation best practices.
