The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to understand system intricacies and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system performance.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their problem-solving and technical skills.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and incident management.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose complex software issues.
• Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
