• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications in a live environment.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and system updates.
• Good communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with software testing principles and automation frameworks related to TOSCA Testsuite.

• This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
