As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of essential applications. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through effective problem resolution and service management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service.
