The position demands continuous vigilance and collaboration with different teams to maintain system reliability and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• Experience in managing database performance, tuning, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of backup and recovery techniques for database systems.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot database connectivity and security issues.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline routine database tasks.
