The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent potential disruptions. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP Integrated Business Planning environments.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex application issues within integrated business planning systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal application performance.
