Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level packaged applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address system challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
