Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium.
• Strong experience in automated testing frameworks and tools related to Playwright.
• Ability to analyze and debug complex software issues in multi-component environments.
• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages to support automation and troubleshooting tasks.
• Experience in monitoring application performance and identifying bottlenecks.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and support methodologies.
