Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience in designing and implementing integration flows within cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex integration scenarios involving multiple systems.
• Knowledge of API management, event-driven architecture, and middleware technologies.
• Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with automation tools to streamline support and monitoring tasks.
• Must have 1 year E2E Implementation Experience.
