As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain service reliability and efficiency throughout the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data storage solutions.
• Experience with query optimization and performance tuning within data warehouse environments.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data integration and transformation processes.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure data pipeline reliability.
