The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration to maintain system integrity and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within cloud environments.
• Experience in analyzing system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration of SAP ABAP Cloud components with other enterprise systems.
