Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining business-critical applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to identify root causes of software issues.
