Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize system downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of system monitoring and alerting processes to enhance reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure components related to application support.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis techniques.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools and automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and their impact on application performance and availability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
