Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) modules.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) environments.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.
