Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
• Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
• Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Experience with managing and maintaining server environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Strong understanding of system troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques within server infrastructures.
• Familiarity with user access management, permissions, and security policies in Windows Server environments.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, backups, and system updates.
