Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance performance and security.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Experience in managing database performance, tuning, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of backup and recovery techniques for database systems.
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot database-related issues in a production environment.
- Familiarity with security best practices and access control within database systems.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline routine database tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
