The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration, Linux Operations.
• Strong knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques within Red Hat environments.
• Experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Understanding of security best practices and patch management in Red Hat operating systems.
